Made it with paint.net, because i don't have any money for photoshop and i did it with a mouse.
i'm not finished, though.

Your ability to draw with a mouse is pretty good. If you want to move away from paint and don't have money for photoshop, you should try something like GIMP.

It's similar to photoshop though not quite as advanced, but still offers many features and it's free / open source.
